The name comes from veritas — Latin for truth. Our goal is straightforward: give you accurate, practical guidance without the hype that dominates most software review sites.
How We Evaluate Apps
Real-world testing
We use or have used the tools we recommend. We don't list software based on press releases.
Honest limitations
Every card includes a 'Consideration' — something to watch out for. No tool is perfect.
Business-fit tagging
A tool that's great for a solopreneur may be wrong for a 20-person team. We tag accordingly.
Pricing transparency
We show real price ranges. If pricing is complex or hidden, we say so.
